LAGOS — SENATOR Oluremi Tinubu, representing Lagos Central, Monday, in Lagos, said the emergence of All Progressives Congress, APC, through the coming together of progressive opposition parties, was a divine opportunity for Nigerians to correct all the wrongs that had been bedevilling Nigeria.

Mrs. Tinubu who spoke at the sixth edition of the Lagos Senatorial District town hall meeting with the theme “Rekindling hope,” gave account of her stewardship to her electorate, saying only a change of government could bring about the desired change in the country.

Among dignitaries at the event were House of Representatives members, Jide Akiloye and Yakub Balogun; Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Adeyemi Ikuforiji, and his deputy,  Kolawole Taiwo; former Lagos Deputy Governor, Mrs. Sarah Sosan; Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, state leader of the district, Prince Tajudeen Olusi; ACN State’s Assistant Publicity Secretary, Funsho Ologunde; former Defence Minister, Demola Seriki; former Lagos Finance Commissioner, Wale Edun; Matriarch of the Tinubus, Alhaja Betu Tinubu; and Special Adviser to Lagos State Governor on Legislative and Political Bureau, Omokulanle Akinyemi.
