Former First Lady of Lagos state, and senator representing Lagos Central Senatorial District, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has stated that Nigeria is currently at war due to the rate of unemployment in the country. Mrs Tinubu said that eminent Nigerians must create opportunities for jobless youth to earn a living.
The senator, who was a Special Guest, spoke on Saturday during a programme aimed at boosting small-scale businesses in order to alleviate poverty in Ikeja Constituency II.
The programme was organised by a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Lola Akande, at Ojodu Local Council Development Area Secretariat.
