The death of former Nigerian Ambassador to Ethiopia, Ambassador Segun Olusola is a great loss to the people of Lagos Central Senatorial district, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, OON has said.

“With the passing of Ambassador Segun Olusola, Nigeria has lost a national icon, Lagos Central Senatorial district has lost a rare gem; we have lost  a man of many parts. June 12 can’t be wished away – Oluremi Tinubu

Senator Oluremi Tinubu on Tuesday said June 12, 1993 was watershed in Nigeria’s political history.

The Senator, who represents Lagos Central Senatorial District, said this during the opening of her constituency office in Yaba, christened ‘Rehoboth House’.

Chief Bisi Akande commissions Oluremi Tinubu’s constituency office

Another historical landmark was recorded in the history of representative governance as the newly reconstructed edifice situated at 293, Herbert Macaulay Street, Alagomeji was commissioned. The Building named REHOBOTH HOUSE was the constituency office of the distinguished Senator of Lagos Central Senatorial District, Senator Oluremi Tinubu (OON).

624 students get N6.24m bursary awards

Six hundred and twenty-four students of Lagos Central Senatorial District have been given N6.24m bursary grants, amounting to N10,000 each, by Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

Speaking at the third edition of her senatorial town hall meeting and presentation of her first year account in Lagos, Tinubu said the bursaries were to enable the beneficiaries to purchase books.

She said she would establish a N43.2mskills acquisition centre and provide conventional lights and solar street lights estimated to cost N29.8m.… Read the rest
